After a previous issue I experienced, I was contacted by Melissa who was determined to make things right for me. She scheduled Jake who came out and gave me a thorough inspection and honest discussion about my unit. He told me about different financing options for when I am ready to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure and, when he left, I felt informed and valued as a customer. I also felt empowered to make a good decision regarding my current unit. I feel Melissa went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and Jake was extremely professional and courteous. Both of these employees are perfect examples of exemplary customer service.

MainMain system is operating within manufacture specifications. Master bedroom system required a new run capacitor and a pound of refrigerant. Do the age of the system I would not recommend performing any major repairs on the equipment. I’ve submitted an estimate to replace it which is good for 30 days.

AC today technician. Performed scheduled maintenance on AC system. During visit, found capacitor at condensing unit to have a lower reading than the variance. Recommended a new capacitor, and sent over a quote as requested by customer. At this time, system is functioning properly.
